Head of Product – Clients (f/m/d)

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a well-funded investment infrastructure company in Berlin. They are seeking an experienced Head of Product - Clients to lead product strategy for their internal and external tooling platforms. This role reports directly to senior product and engineering leadership and owns the vision for scaling operations through intelligent automation and AI-driven workflows.

You will lead a tribe of domain teams, working cross-functionally with operations, commercial, and engineering stakeholders to build the next generation of API-enabling tools and client-facing platforms. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will balance direct product ownership with strategic roadmap planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead product vision and strategy for the clients tribe, including internal tooling and external-facing platforms
• Directly manage one product team while guiding the overarching success of multiple domain teams
• Define OKRs and shape long-term roadmaps in partnership with the Director of Engineering and VP of Product
• Drive asymmetric scaling through intelligent automation, reducing manual operational overhead
• Explore and implement agentic operations and AI-driven workflows to handle processes end-to-end
• Own the roadmap for key strategic products that enable business scaling and faster client onboarding
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams using a product-engineering culture guided by joint objectives
• Bridge dependencies across operations, banking, and commercial teams to deliver critical business outcomes

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years in Product Management, with a focus on internal and/or external tooling
• Proven people leadership experience managing teams of 3+ people
• Strong understanding of UI/UX best practices; ability to create low-fidelity wireframes and work closely with designers
• Track record of taking initiative, owning outcomes, and delivering consistently in agile environments
• Ability to absorb complex technical and domain topics quickly and apply strong product fundamentals
• Experience with product toolkits such as Linear, Slite, Miro, and Figma
• Familiarity with API documentation standards; interest in how AI agents consume APIs is a strong plus
• Financial services, compliance, or fintech experience preferred but not required
• Based in or willing to relocate to Berlin; hybrid or remote work across Europe may be available depending on the role
