Founders Associate – COO Office -Product Communication & Change Management (all genders)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-growing enterprise technology client in Munich seeking a Founders Associate to support the COO Office with product communication and change management initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of product, operations, and customer success—translating complex features into clear, actionable communication that drives adoption across enterprise clients.

You'll work directly with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to amplify product impact both internally and externally. This role is perfect for someone who wants hands-on experience in a high-growth environment where your communication skills directly influence product adoption and organizational alignment.

Responsibilities

• Support the COO on product communication strategies and cross-functional strategic initiatives
• Create engaging product content including newsletters, product overview pages, adoption materials, and rollout guides
• Prepare and moderate change management and user adoption workshops with implementation teams and clients
• Develop deep product knowledge and translate complex B2B features into clear, audience-specific communication
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Go-to-Market, and Customer Success teams to align communication with business objectives
• Optimize and scale internal processes that improve cross-team collaboration and product adoption
• Own projects end-to-end from planning through implementation and measurement of outcomes

What We're Looking For

• Genuine interest in product communication, change management, and content creation
• Ideally have initial experience in product communication, marketing, change communication, consulting, project management, or a high-growth startup environment
• Excited to develop a deep understanding of complex B2B products
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership
• Analytical thinker who can translate insights into action
• Thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and adapt quickly to changing priorities
• Take full ownership of projects from day one
• Available to start on 1 or 15 September 2026
• Based in or willing to relocate to Munich
