Senior Sales Executive Swiss Markets – Zurich, Barcelona, Munich or Berlin

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential SaaS organization that is transforming how businesses manage travel and operational spend. Our client serves over 12,000 companies globally and continues to scale rapidly across European markets. We're seeking a Senior Sales Executive to drive new business development within the Swiss market, working from Berlin.

This role offers the opportunity to own the full sales cycle with mid-to-large enterprise accounts (250-5,000+ employees) while working alongside a high-performing international sales team. You'll be consulting with C-level stakeholders in finance, procurement, and IT to deliver digital transformation solutions.

Responsibilities

• Focus on acquiring new enterprise clients headquartered in Switzerland, managing accounts with 250-5,000+ employees
• Own the complete sales process from initial outreach through contract negotiation and closing
• Conduct product demonstrations and consultative sales conversations with senior decision-makers in finance, procurement, IT, and travel management
• Evaluate existing client infrastructure and recommend tailored SaaS solutions
• Monitor and report on sales performance analytics and pipeline forecasts
• Identify and drive projects that bring value to the broader sales organization
• Develop innovative upsell strategies and partnership opportunities
• Stay current on product features and platform capabilities
• Collaborate with the team to establish and refine sales best practices

What We're Looking For

• Native German speaker with fluent English (required)
• French language skills are a strong plus
• Proven experience in enterprise SaaS sales, ideally within travel technology, fintech, or spend management
• Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking abilities
• Track record of success selling to mid-market and enterprise accounts
• Comfort engaging C-level stakeholders and navigating complex buying processes
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team success
• Customer-centric mindset with strong consultative selling skills
• Ambitious, persistent, and results-driven approach
• Familiarity with AI-enabled sales tools and willingness to leverage technology to enhance productivity
