Founders Associate Internship – COO Office (all genders)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential AI technology organization in their search for a Founders Associate Internship based in their Munich office. This is a unique opportunity to work directly within the COO's office, driving operational excellence and strategic initiatives that directly impact company growth.

In this role, you won't simply be supporting leadership—you'll be taking ownership of high-impact projects that shape how the organization operates at scale. You'll bridge strategy and execution, working across multiple departments to turn priorities into measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with the COO on operational projects and strategic initiatives that drive company performance
• Design, optimize, and scale internal processes to improve efficiency, collaboration, and execution across the organization
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Go-to-Market, and Customer Success teams to ensure operational alignment with business objectives
• Take end-to-end ownership of projects, moving them from initial planning through to measurable outcomes and impact
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions that enable the organization to scale effectively

• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies
• Proactive mindset and ability to anticipate needs before they become problems
• Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments and adapts quickly to shifting priorities
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership
• Self-starter who can manage multiple workstreams independently while maintaining attention to detail
