Commercial Analyst, DACH

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential healthcare technology organization that is experiencing rapid growth across the DACH region. Our client has built an AI-powered platform that supports millions of patient sessions weekly across 190+ countries, and they're now expanding their commercial team in Berlin.

As a Commercial Analyst, you'll join an expanding go-to-market team focused on the DACH market. This is a dynamic role where you'll source and qualify leads, conduct outreach to healthcare practices and hospital groups, and schedule high-value conversations for senior sales professionals. You'll also own complete sales cycles for smaller customers, making this an excellent opportunity to develop end-to-end commercial skills in a fast-growing tech environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and prospect potential customers while formulating go-to-market strategies
• Execute inbound and outbound campaigns using calls, emails, social selling, and product-led signals to qualify leads
• Schedule high-quality meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives with smooth handoff of qualified opportunities
• Own and manage end-to-end sales cycles for small SMB customers, from initial outreach through closing
• Maintain accurate records in HubSpot CRM, manage and optimize sales pipelines, and consistently meet targets for qualified leads
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Customer Success teams
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer needs

What We're Looking For

• 1-2 years of experience in sales or in tech, banking, consulting, PE/VC or similar fields
• Proven success in generating leads, qualifying prospects, and managing high-volume outreach campaigns
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build rapport
• Highly organized, disciplined, and results-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working independently with a high degree of accountability
• Eager to learn, adaptable, and excited about professional growth
• Fluency in German and English required for DACH market engagement
• Hunger, competitive drive, and motivation are highly valued—attitude matters as much as experience
