Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential healthcare organization seeking a motivated individual to complete a vocational training program as a Medical Practice Assistant (Medizinische Fachangestellte) at their modern primary care facility in Deidesheim, Germany.

During your training, you will:

• Support daily clinical operations at reception, in the laboratory, and during patient treatments
• Assist with clinical documentation within a networked practice environment
• Help manage patient recall systems and handle telephone inquiries
• Support procurement and supply management processes

• At minimum, a good Hauptschulabschluss (lower secondary school certificate)
• Very strong German language proficiency (minimum C1 level)
• A positive, open personality with enthusiasm for patient interaction
• Responsible and respectful demeanor when working with patients and colleagues
• High degree of self-organization and reliability
• Strong telephone communication skills
• Willingness to learn diligently throughout the training program
