Customer Success Manager, DACH

We are representing a fast-growing healthcare technology company that is transforming how clinicians work across Germany and beyond. Our client has developed an AI-powered platform that supports millions of patient sessions weekly, helping healthcare professionals focus on what matters most: patient care.

As a Customer Success Manager based in Berlin, you'll be the critical link between cutting-edge technology and healthcare delivery. You'll manage relationships with hospitals and clinics throughout the DACH region, ensuring successful adoption and measurable impact on clinical workflows.

This role is particularly well-suited for someone with a medical background—former doctors, nurses, or allied health professionals—who are passionate about driving digital transformation in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Own the full customer journey for hospital and clinic deployments across Germany, from onboarding through long-term success
• Lead implementation and training programs, ensuring seamless integration into existing clinical workflows
• Develop and execute tailored adoption strategies to maximize user engagement and satisfaction among clinicians
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key stakeholders in both public and private healthcare institutions
• Track critical success metrics including time-to-first-value, activation rates, and product engagement
• Identify expansion opportunities and proactively mitigate churn risks through strategic account management
• Serve as the voice of the customer internally, advocating for client needs and sharing insights to influence product development
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and support teams to resolve operational challenges
• Deliver continuous value through proactive check-ins, success planning, and educational initiatives

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years in a customer success role at a SaaS company, with demonstrated ability to manage the complete customer lifecycle
• Strong familiarity with Germany's healthcare ecosystem, including both public and private hospital systems
• Medical background (physician, nurse, or allied health professional) strongly preferred
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to set and manage expectations effectively
• Highly organized with proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail
• Self-starter mentality with bias for action, comfortable in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
• Genuine passion for AI and healthcare technology transformation
• Proactive problem-solver who builds solutions rather than waiting for direction
• Confidence in your expertise combined with intellectual humility and openness to feedback
• Fluency in German and English required
