QA Tester – Brookhaven

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential gaming studio that operates one of the most-visited driving experiences on a major user-generated content platform. With millions of active players globally, every release matters—and quality assurance sits at the heart of their success.

We're seeking a QA Tester to join their remote team and ensure exceptional player experiences across mobile, tablet, PC, and console platforms. This is a full-time, permanent remote role open to candidates based in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Test live and QA environments across multiple devices and platforms, identifying issues before they reach players
• Reproduce and document bugs with complete supporting materials including logs, screenshots, and clear reproduction steps
• Conduct testing from a player-experience perspective, representing the community voice
• Collaborate with the QA Lead to create and execute comprehensive test plans that anticipate issues ahead of release
• Work closely with other QA testers, communicating progress, risks, and test results clearly to ensure effective coverage
• Maintain focus and methodical approach when handling repetitive or high-volume testing tasks

What We're Looking For

Must-have skills:

• Proficient written and spoken English communication
• Active experience as a player on the relevant platform with strong understanding of player behaviour
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies or issues others might miss
• Ability to clearly and concisely present complex information in an understandable way
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Ability to work and communicate effectively with people at all levels
• Availability to work full-time (40+ hours per week)
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Nice to have:

• Previous professional experience working on games within this ecosystem
• Prior QA experience in any capacity
