Creative Designer (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential fitness e-commerce client in Berlin seeking a Creative Designer to drive visual performance across paid and organic channels. This role sits at the intersection of design craft and data-driven iteration—you'll create video ads, static creatives, social content, and shop visuals that directly impact growth metrics. If you want to see which hook converts, which banner drives clicks, and iterate based on real performance data, this is your role.

Our client builds their creative production in-house with real product shoots, a creator network, and AI-assisted workflows. You'll work with authentic content—real people, real products—and shape the visual identity across Meta, TikTok, Instagram, Amazon, and their own shop.

Responsibilities

• Performance Creatives: Edit video ads for Meta, TikTok, and other paid channels from shoot footage and creator content—including hook variants, subtitles, pacing, and sound. Design static ads optimized for mobile feeds and iterate based on performance data.
• Social Media & Organic Content: Produce graphics, Reels cuts, Stories, and carousels for organic channels. Develop templates that enable the content team to publish quickly while maintaining brand consistency.
• Shop & Amazon Assets: Create banners, campaign visuals, product imagery, and landing page headers. Ensure visual consistency across all customer touchpoints.
• Production & Workflow: Integrate AI tools for ideation, image variants, cutouts, translations, or editing support. Share what works with the broader team.

What We're Looking For

Essential skills:

• Strong video editing experience with Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar—capable of delivering platform-ready video creatives with proper pacing, text overlays, subtitles, and sound from raw footage
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or comparable tools for image editing, retouching, compositing, layouts, and clean exports for web, social, and Amazon
• Portfolio demonstrating both video and static work

Highly valued:

• Several years of experience as a graphic, motion, or creative designer, ideally in e-commerce, D2C, or performance marketing agencies
• Understanding of what makes performance creatives effective: strong hooks, clarity, tempo, mobile readability
• Platform fluency—you know how content must look on TikTok, Instagram, and Pinterest to capture attention
• Structured work style: managing multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, organizing assets and versions
• Drive to cover the full visual spectrum, curiosity about new tools, and motivation to grow with the role

Nice to have:

• Experience with AI tools for image or video production (Midjourney, Runway, Firefly, ElevenLabs, etc.)
• Photography or camera experience for shoots
• Knowledge of Shopify image formats or Amazon image guidelines
• Background in fitness or sports industries

Compensation details will be discussed during the screening process and are competitive for the Berlin market based on experience level.
