Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential e-commerce agency based in Stuttgart. Our client is expanding into social commerce and needs an experienced professional to architect and launch their TikTok operations from the ground up. This is a strategic role where you'll build the infrastructure, establish processes, and transform TikTok into a revenue-driving channel for multiple clients.

You'll have the autonomy to develop this area independently, combining performance marketing expertise with creator collaboration and platform-specific commerce features. This isn't about managing a few campaigns—it's about building an entire service vertical.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement TikTok Shop strategies for agency clients from zero to fully operational
• Set up technical infrastructure for TikTok Shop integration and manage both strategic planning and hands-on execution during the initial phase
• Monitor platform developments, identify emerging trends and features, and convert them into successful sales campaigns
• Establish social commerce as a core agency offering with defined KPIs and measurable outcomes
• Prepare data-driven performance reports for management and optimize based on metrics

What We're Looking For

• Several years of hands-on experience in TikTok marketing, including proven success building TikTok channels or shops
• Deep expertise with TikTok Ads Manager, the platform algorithm, and technical workflows for TikTok Shop operations
• Strong implementation skills—you don't just strategize, you execute technical and operational setup yourself
• Data-focused decision-making ability with skills in analytics interpretation and clear stakeholder communication
• High degree of self-direction and initiative, with the ability to drive complex projects independently and explain processes clearly
• Fluency in German required for client communication; English proficiency preferred
