Creator Manager TikTok Shop – NL (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

Our talent team is representing a confidential social commerce agency in Cologne, and we're seeking a Creator Manager to lead TikTok Shop creator strategy and operations. In this role, you will own the creator relationship lifecycle for multiple brand accounts, translating platform trends into scalable content formats that drive measurable sales performance.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Managing a portfolio of brand accounts as the primary creator strategy contact, aligning creator activities with brand identity and commercial objectives
• Monitoring TikTok trends and emerging content patterns, then converting insights into repeatable, conversion-focused formats
• Coaching affiliate creators on content optimization—providing guidance on hooks, trend application, and performance feedback to improve video effectiveness
• Sourcing and onboarding new creators, building sustainable partnerships rather than transactional collaborations
• Developing creative briefs that translate brand goals into actionable, platform-native content directions
• Maintaining regular communication with TikTok platform teams to stay current on algorithm changes and new feature opportunities

What We're Looking For

• Experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or social media with a focus on performance metrics
• Deep familiarity with TikTok as a platform—you identify trends early and understand how to systematize them into content formats
• Strong knowledge of TikTok content mechanics: hooks, social commerce dynamics, and creator content optimization techniques
• Understanding of what drives both engagement and conversion in short-form video
• Native-level Portuguese required
• Good English for internal team communication
• Location: Cologne
