About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential venture capital firm seeking an Investment Team Intern (m/f/d) in Heilbronn. Our client is a data-driven fund with a strong presence in Europe's technology ecosystem. This internship offers direct exposure to early-stage investing, dealflow analysis, and startup evaluation in a fast-paced environment.
The role is available from mid-January / early February 2027, with a preferred duration of 4–6 months. While remote work is possible, regular office presence in Heilbronn is expected.
Responsibilities
- Support AI-powered dealflow processes and investment opportunity sourcing
- Screen and evaluate technologies, startups, and business models
- Assist with due diligence through market, company, and financial analysis
- Conduct independent research and prepare investment insights
- Support investment managers with day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Current Bachelor's or Master's student in Computer Science, Entrepreneurship, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related field
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong interest in startups, innovation, and technology
- Full professional proficiency in both German and English (spoken and written)
- Very good MS Office skills
- Hands-on attitude and ability to work independently in a high-paced environment
- Professional discretion and ability to maintain strict confidentiality
