About This Role
We are representing a confidential technology client in Mittelbiberach who develops mobile connectivity solutions for construction sites, industrial facilities, and public sector organizations. They are seeking an IT Technician to deploy and support their specialized internet infrastructure systems.
This is a field-focused technical role combining hands-on installation work with remote customer support. You'll work with bonding technology that combines multiple internet sources (5G, LTE, satellite, DSL) into unified, high-performance connections for challenging environments.
Responsibilities
- Deploy and commission mobile internet solutions at construction sites and industrial locations
- Perform on-site maintenance and service work on connectivity equipment
- Provide remote technical support to customers
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues in demanding field conditions
- Ensure reliable operation of multi-source internet bonding systems
What We're Looking For
- Completed vocational training as IT specialist (Fachinformatiker), electrical technician, electrician, or comparable qualification
- Strong networking knowledge and technical expertise
- Technical and manual aptitude for hardware installation
- Independent, self-directed working style
- Class B driver's license (required)
- Willingness to travel regularly for field assignments
- Flexibility and mobility for on-site work
- Excellent German language skills and strong communication abilities
