GTM Recruiter, EMEA

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential technology client seeking a GTM Recruiter to support their expansion across EMEA markets, based in Paris, France. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-growth organization as they scale their go-to-market teams throughout the region, with a particular focus on Sales functions.

Our client operates on a hybrid schedule, with team members working from the Paris office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. The remaining days offer flexibility for remote work.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted recruiting partner to GTM leadership, owning the full recruiting lifecycle from initial sourcing through successful offer closure
• Design and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse, top-tier talent across EMEA markets
• Build scalable and structured hiring plans with consistent evaluation processes while creating thoughtful candidate experiences
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Total Rewards, People Operations, and People Partners to drive holistic talent strategies
• Leverage AI tools and data analytics to innovate recruiting processes and provide data-driven insights on market conditions
• Champion and scale recruiting best practices while thoughtfully adapting for regional nuances across EMEA

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth, technical, or GTM functions
• Fluency in both French and English is required
• Proven track record of identifying, qualifying, and closing exceptional talent across various seniority levels
• Experience coaching and advising hiring managers through structured recruiting processes while maintaining high talent standards
• Demonstrated ability to build diverse candidate pipelines and guide hiring managers in creating inclusive teams
• Outstanding communication, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills with a commitment to delivering high-quality recruiting experiences
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments
• Passion for leveraging technology and AI to transform recruiting processes is a strong plus
