Projektleiter Digitalisierung & IT Projekte (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential nutraceuticals organization based in the Rüsselsheim area. Our talent team is searching for an experienced IT Project Manager – Digitalization & ERP (m/f/d) to lead one of their most critical transformation initiatives: the selection and implementation of a new ERP system.

This is an internal project leadership role with direct reporting to executive management. You'll own the project from vendor selection through go-live, establishing the digital foundation for the next growth phase of this established family business.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP system selection in close collaboration with executive leadership and functional departments
• Gather requirements from all business units – document, prioritize, and align stakeholder needs
• Maintain full accountability for project plan, milestones, budget, and risk management
• Coordinate integration of existing systems (Shopify, Amazon, DATEV) into the new ERP architecture
• Drive change management: prepare employees for the new system and coordinate training programs
• Ensure clean handover with complete operational documentation before project closure

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record managing IT projects – ERP, CRM, or comparable enterprise systems
• Multiple ERP implementations or migrations under your belt as project manager, consultant, or key user
• Structured requirements management skills: ability to interview departments, document findings, and drive decisions
• Mittelstand mentality: pragmatic solutions, fast decision-making, no over-engineering
• Preferred: ERP experience in food/production/FMCG sectors; familiarity with SAP Business One, Dynamics, proALPHA, or Sage; PRINCE2 or agile methodologies
• German language fluency required for stakeholder engagement
