Lead Software Engineer – Paris

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential data and AI consulting organization in the 9th arrondissement of Paris. As Lead Software Engineer, you will architect and deploy production-grade solutions for enterprise clients across multiple industries including automotive, retail, luxury, healthcare, and finance.

Your core responsibilities include:

• Leading the design and implementation of multi-agent LLM systems in production environments, using frameworks like LangGraph on Kubernetes infrastructure
• Building scalable data platforms on cloud infrastructure (GCP, AWS, Azure) with medallion architecture patterns
• Modernizing legacy analytical databases to modern data warehouses, ensuring data quality during migrations
• Leveraging infrastructure-as-code (Terraform) for provisioning and permission management
• Conducting formative code reviews and mentoring team members to maintain high-quality deliverables
• Engaging with clients to define technical solutions and defend architectural decisions with pedagogical clarity

This role requires working in French and English. The position is hybrid with remote work possible from anywhere in France, with occasional presence at client sites or Paris offices (maximum 2 days per week).
