General Secretary Associate intern

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential health-tech organization in Paris that is redefining how people engage with healthcare through integrated digital solutions. Our talent team is searching for a General Secretary Associate Intern to support the executive office on high-impact business priorities.

This is a six-month internship starting in March 2027, open to gap year or end-of-study candidates. It is not suitable for MBA students. You will work on a diverse range of strategic projects spanning sales, governance, internal operations, brand, product, and talent.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Business: Prepare stakeholder meetings, follow up on actions, track conversions, and help organize investor and customer events.
• Corporate & Governance: Support research on regulatory matters, fundraising, and governance topics; contribute to board materials preparation and management.
• Internal Operations: Work on structural topics such as salary frameworks and internal processes; improve cross-team coordination to support scaling.
• Brand & Communication: Strengthen presence at major events and on social channels; organize internal and external networking events; coordinate outreach globally.
• Product & Technical: Support cross-functional projects through research and synthesis; turn insights into actionable recommendations.
• Talent: Source and recruit the next General Secretary Associate; develop the hiring process for this role.

• At least M1 level graduation (or equivalent)
