We're currently seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join their Paris team. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact projects, mentor emerging talent, and shape the technical direction of AI initiatives for some of the world's most recognized brands.

Responsibilities

As Senior Data Scientist, you will drive end-to-end AI project delivery while ensuring technical excellence and business impact:

• Frame use cases with business teams, validate data availability, and define appropriate AI approaches
• Design and implement machine learning and generative AI solutions that create measurable business value
• Build robust, scalable, production-ready solutions applying software engineering and MLOps best practices
• Translate business requirements into robust AI pipelines and architectures
• Promote coding, testing, and deployment standards to guarantee maintainability and scalability
• Explore and apply advanced AI techniques to solve complex client problems
• Communicate AI approaches clearly to stakeholders, highlighting feasibility, risks, and ROI
• Build strong relationships with client teams from operational staff to senior management
• Provide technical guidance and serve as a go-to expert within projects
• Mentor junior data scientists, provide constructive feedback, and support professional growth
• Share best practices through workshops, documentation, and training sessions
• Contribute to internal tools and accelerators to increase delivery efficiency
• Maintain active technology watch and introduce new methods, tools, and frameworks

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience developing and deploying data-driven solutions
• Strong knowledge in applied machine learning and generative AI
• Solid understanding of software engineering and MLOps best practices
• Experience delivering AI projects in cloud environments
• Fluency in French and English for client and team communication
