Product Manager, In-Person Giving

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential global fundraising technology company in their search for a Product Manager, In-Person Giving based in Spain.

Our client operates in the enterprise SaaS space, serving nonprofit organizations across North America, the United Kingdom, Australia, and Europe. They are building a comprehensive product ecosystem that includes modern donation experiences, donor portals, organizational tools, and internal applications. This is a hands-on software product role where you will own the Events & Commerce product direction within a broader In-Person Giving product line. You will be responsible for turning a large opportunity space into a focused product strategy grounded in customer workflows, live usage data, and commercial validation.

Language Requirement: Fluent Russian and English (C1+ level) required.

Responsibilities

You will own end-to-end product management from discovery through delivery, launch, and iteration:

• Define the Events & Commerce product direction by translating customer research, market evidence, and business context into a clear product thesis and sequenced roadmap
• Choose focused target segments and event scenarios rather than attempting to replace every event platform simultaneously
• Lead discovery work directly with nonprofit fundraising teams, event operators, finance teams, volunteers, attendees, and internal go-to-market teams
• Map complete workflows before, during, and after events—including purchase, donation, check-in, fulfillment, reconciliation, reporting, and follow-up
• Validate decisions through interviews, workflow observation, prototypes, and live product usage data
• Write clear requirements, acceptance criteria, edge cases, state transitions, and decision records
• Make day-to-day scope and trade-off decisions with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Research, QA, and GTM partners
• Design for real event conditions including staff and volunteer operators, self-service flows, mobile devices, optional hardware, unreliable connectivity, and high-volume moments
• Launch through Early Access Programs with clear entry criteria, target workflows, success measures, and readiness requirements
• Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Support, Finance, Legal, and Operations on positioning, enablement, and launch readiness
• Connect product evidence to activation, adoption, event completion, revenue metrics, expansion, pipeline, and retention
• Use AI tools for research synthesis, workflow analysis, prototyping, specification quality, data exploration, and operational automation

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• 4–7 years of Product Management or Product Ownership experience in a software product company
• End-to-end ownership of a customer-facing product area working with Engineering and Design teams
• Strong judgment in reducing large problem spaces to focused releases and explaining trade-offs clearly
• Proven experience turning customer evidence and product data into actionable decisions
• Clear written communication across requirements, edge cases, metrics, and decision documentation
• Experience working with transactional, multi-actor workflows involving permissions, states, money, and data relationships
• High ownership and independence with fluent written and spoken English
• Fluent Russian and English (C1+ level)

Highly valued experience:

• Ticketing, event technology, commerce, POS, payments, marketplaces, registration, auctions, or other transaction-heavy products
• Mobile applications, contactless payments, physical devices, or hardware-enabled workflows
• B2B SaaS, fundraising, nonprofits, or other operationally complex customer environments
• Launching new product areas through beta or Early Access Programs
• CRM integrations, financial reconciliation, reporting, transaction attribution, analytics, or SQL
• Practical use of AI for research, prototyping, analysis, or product operations

• Are seeking an event-planning or internal project-management role rather than software product ownership
• Prefer to receive fully defined roadmaps and requirements instead of determining what should be built
• Want to work only on strategy and avoid specifications, QA, delivery details, or post-launch iteration
• Treat every customer request as a roadmap commitment
• Need stable scope and certainty before moving forward
• Measure progress mainly by features shipped rather than customer and business outcomes
