Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential U.S.-based insurance agency seeking a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative (P&C) to join their operations remotely from Mexico. This is a client-facing role supporting policyholders, prospects, and carrier partners with policy servicing, quoting, renewals, and comprehensive customer support during U.S. business hours.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will manage the full lifecycle of policy servicing and customer interactions:

• Handle policy changes, endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and servicing requests accurately and within expected timelines
• Respond to policyholder questions professionally by phone and email, explaining coverage options and policy details clearly
• Prepare insurance quotes for new and existing customers across Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, or both
• Gather required information to generate accurate quotes and follow up with prospects on outstanding submissions
• Communicate with insurance carriers regarding underwriting requirements, policy changes, coverage questions, and documentation
• Coordinate with producers and agency team members to ensure seamless service delivery
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and policy activities within the agency management system
• Process and organize policy documentation while ensuring compliance with agency procedures and insurance regulations
• Build strong customer relationships through responsive, professional communication and help resolve concerns efficiently
• Follow outstanding requests through to completion, coordinating with carriers and internal stakeholders as needed

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Active U.S. Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License (resident or non-resident) - this is mandatory
• Minimum 1 year of Property & Casualty insurance experience with an insurance agency or carrier
• Hands-on experience with Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, or both
• Proven experience handling policy servicing, customer inquiries, and insurance documentation
• Comfortable managing inbound and outbound calls with policyholders, prospects, and carriers
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities to manage multiple customer requests simultaneously
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment during U.S. business hours
• Reliable high-speed internet and dedicated home-office setup
• Must be located in Mexico

Preferred Experience:

• Experience supporting both Personal and Commercial Lines
• Familiarity with major U.S. insurance carriers
• Previous remote work experience supporting a U.S.-based insurance agency
• Experience with agency management systems such as Applied Epic, AMS360, HawkSoft, EZLynx, QQCatalyst, Vertafore, or similar platforms
• Track record supporting multiple insurance producers or agency teams
