We are representing a confidential financial technology organization seeking a Data Analytics Senior Associate to join their Business Performance & Analytics team. This remote role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of reporting, analytics, and performance management—delivering dashboards and insights that drive business decisions across the organization.

Our client operates in a fast-paced environment where accurate, actionable data is essential to operational excellence. You'll partner with stakeholders across functions to translate business needs into reporting solutions while contributing to modernization and automation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, scorecards, and KPI solutions using Power BI and other business intelligence tools
• Perform trend analysis, root-cause analysis, and data investigations to identify performance patterns, risks, and opportunities
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver reporting and analytical solutions aligned to operational priorities
• Validate data accuracy through reconciliation, quality reviews, and controls-based reporting practices
• Contribute to reporting modernization, automation, and process improvement initiatives
• Support forecasting, workload analysis, and performance measurement activities
• Document reporting logic, KPI definitions, data sources, and methodologies to ensure consistency and governance
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency, data usability, and decision-making support
• Contribute to strategic initiatives requiring measurement and analytical expertise

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Economics, or related field
• 3–5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, operational reporting, performance management, or analytics-enabled business support
• Strong Power BI experience including report development, data modeling, measures, visualizations, and dashboard maintenance
• Strong SQL skills with ability to extract, transform, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources
• Advanced Excel and analytical skills
• Experience developing dashboards, reports, or business intelligence solutions
• Experience with operational, financial, quality, productivity, or performance-related metrics
• Proven ability to gather requirements and partner effectively with business stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication skills with ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality and reporting accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating within a team environment

• Power Query, DAX, data modeling, or advanced reporting techniques
• AI-enabled analytics, automation tools, or emerging analytics technologies
• Data visualization and storytelling techniques that improve business understanding
