We are representing a confidential client in the custom manufacturing sector seeking a Lead Generation Specialist - B2B for a permanent remote position based in the Philippines. This role focuses on identifying and engaging decision-makers in the healthcare sector to support sales and marketing initiatives. You'll be responsible for building prospect lists, executing email campaigns, and nurturing leads through strategic outreach.

Responsibilities

• Identify and build verified contact lists of hospital decision-makers based on specific roles, titles, and regions
• Conduct manual research to validate contact information and prospect relevance
• Develop tailored outreach messaging aligned with campaign objectives and target pain points
• Execute and manage email campaigns using platforms such as SendGrid
• Monitor campaign performance and respond to lead replies to nurture prospects through the pipeline
• Maintain consistent messaging aligned with company brand standards
• Track and report on lead quality, objections, engagement metrics, and areas of interest
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and target segments
• Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices, particularly for healthcare industry servers

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in lead generation, sales development, or email outreach
• Strong research skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Familiarity with tools like SendGrid, Odoo, or similar CRM platforms
• Clear, persuasive written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
• Experience handling large data sets and segmenting based on target criteria

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience generating leads within hospitals or the healthcare industry
• Experience integrating CRM data for outreach campaigns and reporting

Technical Requirements:

• Computer Processor: Minimum 5th generation Intel i5 or equivalent
• RAM: Minimum 4GB
• Operating System: Windows 10 or Mac OSX
• Internet Speed: 5.0 Mbps or higher for both primary and backup connections
• Noise-cancelling headset connected via USB port
• Webcam capable of 720p recording (at least 3 megapixels)
