About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential retail organization in their search for Phone Support Representatives for a temp-to-hire arrangement. This is a fully remote position open exclusively to Tennessee residents. You'll serve as the first point of contact for customers reaching out via chat, text, and email, helping them with order inquiries, tracking, product questions, and more. Strong performers will have the opportunity to transition to permanent employment after a 90-day contracted period.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries through multiple channels (chat, text, email) regarding order status, tracking, cancellations, and product information
• Navigate multiple computer systems to access customer accounts, document interactions, process orders, and handle payment information securely
• Build customer loyalty by personalizing each interaction and representing the brand professionally
• Meet attendance requirements and key performance indicators (KPIs) to maintain service quality standards
• Protect customer data by adhering to all privacy and security policies
• Support overall business operations as needed during peak periods and evolving business demands

What We're Looking For

• Previous customer service or retail experience preferred but not required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with proficiency in English grammar and syntax
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to connect with customers effectively
• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment while meeting performance goals
• Strong problem-solving abilities with capacity to learn quickly and provide accurate solutions
• Professional conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
• Availability to work 40 hours per week in 8-hour shifts between the following hours (CST): Sunday 10 AM–7 PM, Monday–Friday 7 AM–8 PM, Saturday 9 AM–6 PM (hours may extend during peak seasons)
• Tennessee residency required

Work-From-Home Technical Requirements:

• Dedicated, quiet, distraction-free workspace that ensures confidentiality
• Desktop or laptop with SSD, Intel i5/i7 or AMD Ryzen 5/7 processor (4+ cores), latest OS, and minimum 16 GB RAM (tablets and MacBook Airs not permitted)
• Two functional monitors (laptop plus external monitor or dual-monitor desktop)
• USB or USB-C headset (Bluetooth acceptable if fully charged during work hours)
• Webcam (integrated or external)
• External mouse
• Cell phone with Wi-Fi capability and charger
• Wired Ethernet connection only (no public Wi-Fi) with minimum 50 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload (100+ / 10+ recommended). Must pass verification at networktest.twilio.com using Google Chrome
• All equipment and internet access are candidate's responsibility and will be verified during onboarding

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers weekly pay every Friday, two weeks of fully paid training, and a perfect attendance bonus of $100 per week for maintaining 100% attendance. This is a 90-day contracted position with strong potential for permanent employment based on performance and business needs.
