Manager, Growth & Strategic Analytics

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential healthcare technology organization seeking a Manager, Growth & Strategic Analytics to lead a high-impact team. This remote role offers the opportunity to shape go-to-market strategy through intelligent use of data and analytics. You'll partner across marketing, sales, customer success, and service functions to deliver insights that drive growth and improve customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a Growth & Strategic Analytics team, setting priorities and fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment
• Own commercial analytics including sales quota modeling, territory planning, pipeline forecasting, and installed base analysis
• Manage service and contract renewal performance analytics, product adoption tracking, and utilization trend analysis
• Integrate data from CRM systems, commercial platforms, and external market intelligence sources to create unified customer and market views
• Evaluate and manage third-party healthcare data vendors, ensuring data quality and strategic value
• Lead market sizing, segmentation, whitespace identification, and hospital/health system targeting initiatives
• Partner cross-functionally to translate business needs into scalable analytics solutions
• Collaborate with advanced analytics teams to incorporate predictive modeling and AI/ML techniques where appropriate
• Own enterprise customer metrics including Net Promoter Score, Customer Health Score, and CSAT programs
• Communicate complex insights to executive stakeholders through clear, actionable business recommendations

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, statistics, information systems, economics, healthcare informatics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of experience in analytics, commercial operations, market insights, or business intelligence
• 1+ years of experience leading analytics teams or mentoring team members
• Proficiency in SQL and/or statistical programming languages (Python or R)
• Experience with BI and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
• Strong experience working with commercial and CRM data, including pipeline, revenue, and customer lifecycle metrics
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in ambiguous environments with structured, solution-oriented approaches
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in healthcare technology, medical devices, SaaS, biotech/pharma, or enterprise software
• Advanced degree (MBA, Master's in Analytics, Strategy, or related field)
• Experience with external healthcare data sources (hospital databases, claims data, or market intelligence platforms)
• Familiarity with enterprise systems such as Salesforce, Gainsight, SAP, or similar tools
• Experience designing and administering customer measurement programs
• Demonstrated track record of developing analytics talent
