About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential medical imaging technology organization that is building AI-powered solutions for radiologists and healthcare systems. Our talent team is seeking a Data Manager based in Paris, Île-de-France, France to join a collaborative data team working at the intersection of clinical care, machine learning, and product development.
This is an opportunity to become the data expert within cross-functional squads, designing pipelines and tooling that put medical data at the center of product workflows. You'll work alongside radiologists, AI engineers, clinical researchers, and software developers to structure datasets, establish annotation quality standards, and surface actionable insights that drive algorithm performance.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain efficient data pipelines, dashboards, and automation for the data team and stakeholders who need to access or leverage medical imaging data
- Surface actionable insights from the data lake by identifying, structuring, and delivering relevant information to product, AI, and clinical teams
- Serve as the data expert within at least one product squad
- Participate in targeting and collection of relevant medical imaging data
- Build and structure medically consistent and representative datasets for AI development
- Establish annotation guidelines and training protocols to ensure annotation quality
- Oversee and contribute to the ongoing refinement of AI algorithm performance
- Translate technical and clinical needs between stakeholders with varying levels of technical expertise
What We're Looking For
Required:
- Master's degree in a health-related field
- Ability to structure, document, and industrialize data processes
- Proficiency in a programming language, ideally Python
- Comfortable working with databases such as BigQuery or MongoDB
- Strong reasoning abilities and attention to detail
- Analytical and scientific mindset
- Good communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Driven to solve medical problems
- Proactive and curious with a continuous improvement mindset
- Able to manage multiple topics in parallel while maintaining a big-picture view
Preferred:
- Knowledge of medical imaging
- Machine learning understanding
- Experience building internal tools or data pipelines
Location: Paris, France – Office/Hybrid working environment
Travel: Occasional travel may be required

Pay
