This is a high-activity sales position focused on converting inbound and outbound opportunities into paying customers. You'll manage the full sales cycle from initial conversation through close, handling lead follow-up, qualification, objection management, and deal closure while maintaining disciplined CRM hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound sales inquiries and qualify prospect needs
• Execute consistent outbound follow-up campaigns with open opportunities
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer requirements and recommend solutions
• Prepare accurate quotes and present pricing clearly to prospects
• Handle objections effectively and move opportunities to close
• Maintain organized pipeline with accurate CRM documentation and sales activity tracking
• Achieve individual sales quotas and conversion rate targets
• Ensure no qualified opportunities are lost due to lack of follow-through

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of inside sales or phone-based sales experience with demonstrated closing success
• Proven ability to handle objections and navigate complex sales conversations
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and pipeline management
• Comfort working in fast-paced, target-driven sales environments
• Highly organized with disciplined follow-up habits and attention to detail
• Results-oriented mindset with experience working to KPIs and performance metrics
• Self-motivated and persistent approach to opportunity management
