About This Opportunity
Our talent team is representing a confidential creative agency in Stuttgart seeking a Senior Art Director to join their growing practice. This role offers the chance to shape visual work across integrated campaigns, employer branding initiatives, and strategic communications for diverse clients.
You'll collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and designers to develop distinctive creative concepts that work across multiple channels and formats. We're looking for someone who combines strong visual craft with conceptual thinking and the confidence to present and defend ideas throughout the creative process.
Responsibilities
- Develop and visualize creative concepts across campaigns, formats, and channels
- Translate campaign ideas into individual assets while maintaining consistency and creative quality
- Tailor creative work to the specific requirements of different media, audiences, and stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with copywriters, strategists, designers, and other disciplines to develop integrated solutions
- Present and defend creative ideas confidently to internal and external stakeholders
- Take creative ownership of projects from concept through to final execution
- Work in both German and English as required by project needs
What We're Looking For
- Several years of experience as an Art Director in an advertising agency or comparable creative environment
- Strong portfolio demonstrating distinctive visual work and creative excellence
- Strong conceptual thinking and confident understanding of visual storytelling
- Good understanding of different media, formats, and their specific creative requirements
- Experience balancing creative ambition with the needs of different stakeholders
- Experience with B2B or retail clients is a plus
- Collaborative mindset with confidence in presenting ideas and openness to feedback
- Fluency in German required; English proficiency highly valued
