Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential client in the Mönchengladbach area who is seeking motivated remote team members for appointment scheduling and customer coordination. In this fully remote role, you will support the field sales team by handling telephone-based appointment setting and administrative coordination.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Making outbound calls to potential customers to schedule consultation appointments for the field sales team (no sales or product pitching required)
• Managing and coordinating field service routes efficiently using digital calendar systems
• Maintaining accurate customer records and updating contact information in the CRM system
• Collaborating closely with the field team to ensure appointments are properly prepared and scheduled

What We're Looking For

• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
• A pleasant telephone manner and enjoyment of phone-based customer interaction
• Strong self-management skills and the ability to work independently in a home office environment

• Reliability and structured approach to daily tasks
• Previous call center or sales support experience is beneficial but not required
