Responsibilities

• Lead overall creative quality and strategic direction for client accounts and projects
• Define and guide integrated creative concepts across all channels and touchpoints
• Oversee production processes while maintaining elevated creative standards
• Drive decision-making with senior client stakeholders and internal leadership
• Foster cross-functional collaboration between departments and disciplines
• Develop team structures, optimize workflows, and refine creative processes
• Champion innovation by identifying emerging cultural and technological trends

• Proven track record as a Creative Director with strong art direction background
• Deep understanding of creative strategy and measurable business impact
• Ability to distill complex challenges into clear, compelling creative direction
• Exceptional judgment in evaluating concepts and elevating creative work
• Strong interdisciplinary leadership across traditional and digital media
• Strategic, entrepreneurial mindset with high standards for execution
• Confident communication and presentation skills at senior client level
• Demonstrated success leading, inspiring, and developing creative talent
• Knowledge of emerging technologies and their creative applications
• Fluency in German and English required for this Hamburg-based role
