Senior Project Manager (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential creative agency seeking a Senior Project Manager to take full responsibility for the strategic, operational and commercial leadership of key client accounts. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients at senior management level, developing integrated communication and brand solutions across all relevant advertising materials, with a particular focus on moving image content.

In this role, you will lead teams, budgets, timelines and resources across all project phases while identifying opportunities within existing accounts and actively driving their development. You will ensure the highest level of consulting, project and execution quality to achieve long-term client satisfaction. Leading pitches, presentations and client decision-making processes will be core to your remit, as will continuously optimizing processes, structures and workflows. You will act as a thought partner and contribute to the strategic, professional and cultural development of the organization.

What We're Looking For

• Many years of experience leading complex client relationships, ideally within client services, account management or project management in an agency environment
• Client-focused approach with the ability to identify opportunities and develop accounts strategically and commercially
• Proven track record leading interdisciplinary teams with confidence, empathy and clarity
• Experience as a strong senior advisor and trusted sparring partner for C-level clients
• Ability to maintain oversight in complex situations, set priorities and make well-informed decisions
• Strategic thinking combined with strong project management and execution skills
• Structured, proactive and responsible working style, even under pressure
• Professional handling of confidential information with the highest level of discretion
• Confident communication in both German and English, verbally and in writing
• Comfort working in dynamic agency environments with a strong affinity for advertising, moving image and sports
