Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential client in the energy-tech sector, seeking a Working Student to support their Customer Success operations in Cologne. You will work remotely from Germany or hybrid from their Cologne office.
In this position, you will:
- Support Customer Success Managers in client projects and provide structured, solution-oriented assistance to customers
- Take ownership of specific customer-facing tasks including preparing documentation, creating customer-specific materials, and coordinating follow-up actions
- Assist with online training sessions and webinars for new users, learning how to deliver clear, customer-focused communications
- Collaborate closely with the Customer Success Team to gain practical experience in customer support, the digital energy sector, and software solutions
What We're Looking For
Required qualifications:
- Very good German and good English language skills
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field such as Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Energy Management, Renewable Energies, or comparable discipline
- Hands-on approach with the ability to work independently and develop practical solutions
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong understanding of user needs
- Strong organizational skills for preparing training materials, meetings, and clear documentation
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with tools such as Notion, HubSpot, or similar CRM/documentation platforms is a plus
- Genuine interest in Customer Success, digital products, and the energy industry
