About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential renewable energy organization seeking an intern to support sales and marketing operations in Berlin. This internship offers hands-on experience in customer engagement, event coordination, and process optimization within a rapidly scaling clean technology company.

Responsibilities

• Conduct systematic customer satisfaction calls ("Happy Calls") to existing clients with installed renewable energy systems
• Gather structured feedback through phone outreach and analyze insights to improve after-sales processes and marketing campaigns
• Plan and support local customer events, engaging directly with target audiences and generating creative ideas for community marketing and referral programs
• Provide sales support at the customer interface, analyzing feedback data and helping roll out best practices across multiple locations nationwide
• Collaborate with teams across 50+ locations throughout Germany, gaining broad insight into a dynamic growth-stage organization

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled student in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Industrial Engineering, Communications, or related field
• Seeking a mandatory or voluntary internship for 3–6 months, available to start immediately
• Native-level fluency in German (required for daily customer communication)
• Strong communication and persuasion skills with confidence in phone-based outreach
• Comfortable working with data and analytics
• Self-starter who takes initiative, works independently, and thrives with responsibility
• Genuine interest in contributing to the energy transition
