About This Opportunity

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential B2B marketing agency seeking an experienced SEO Strategist to lead client accounts remotely from Latin America. This is a strategic leadership role focused on organic growth, content planning, and client relationship management—not heavily technical SEO execution.

You'll own a focused portfolio of 2–4 accounts, developing SEO and content strategies based on deep audience research, coordinating with analysts and writers, and serving as the primary client contact. Technical SEO tasks are handled by dedicated analysts, allowing you to focus on strategy, research, and driving business results.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the strategic lead and primary contact for 2–4 client accounts
• Lead client meetings, present strategic recommendations, and build strong stakeholder relationships
• Develop SEO strategies based on search data, audience insights, competitive research, and business objectives
• Lead audience research initiatives including customer interviews, sales call reviews, and CRM analysis to understand customer needs and search behavior
• Develop content strategies, editorial calendars, topic plans, and content briefs aligned with search intent
• Coordinate and guide freelance copywriters, review deliverables, and ensure quality standards
• Help improve visibility across AI-powered search experiences (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Google AI Overviews)—training provided
• Partner with analysts, copywriters, designers, and developers to execute strategic recommendations
• Review organic performance data and develop monthly insights, recommendations, and action plans

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of professional SEO experience, ideally with B2B clients
• Strong experience developing and executing SEO strategies beyond technical implementation
• Proven experience managing multiple client accounts in an agency environment
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with confidence leading client calls with U.S.-based stakeholders
• Strong understanding of content strategy, keyword research, search intent, on-page SEO, and editorial planning
• Experience with SEO and analytics tools: Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, GA4
• Strong project management and organizational skills managing multiple priorities and deadlines
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and proactively identify opportunities
• Highly collaborative working style with cross-functional teams
• GEO/AEO or AI search experience is a plus but not required

Location Requirements: This position is only open to candidates currently residing in Latin American countries including Argentina, Colombia, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, and other LATAM nations. Resumes must be submitted in English.
