About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential renewable energy organization in their search for a working student to support sales strategy and operations. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing sector while contributing to meaningful work in the energy transition.

Our talent team is seeking a motivated student who can commit 15–20 hours per week to support analytical projects, strategic initiatives, and operational excellence within the sales function.

Responsibilities

• Conduct sales analyses and prepare insights for senior leadership
• Support strategic and operational projects within the sales organization
• Create presentations, decision-making materials, and reports for management stakeholders
• Own and manage sub-projects from conception through implementation
• Track follow-up actions, tasks, and decisions from sales meetings and formats
• Prepare and coordinate workshops, management meetings, and sales leadership sessions
• Support internal communications and organization of sales onboarding, challenges, and initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled at a German university with availability of 15–20 hours per week
• Previous practical experience through internships or working student positions, ideally in management, sales, strategy, operations, marketing, or consulting
• Structured, independent, and forward-thinking work approach
• High level of initiative and ability to develop solutions for ambiguous challenges
• Strong organizational skills with a hands-on mentality and ability to manage multiple parallel topics
• Analytical thinking with the ability to present information clearly to different audiences
• Proficient in MS Office or Google Suite, particularly PowerPoint/Google Slides and Excel/Google Sheets
• Professional communication skills with diverse stakeholders
• Interest in sales, performance management, and the renewable energy sector
• Native-level German language skills
