About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential clean energy technology company seeking a working student to support office operations and team experience at their Nürnberg location. This role combines hands-on facility management, employee coordination, and team culture building in a dynamic growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Support setup and furnishing of new office space in Nürnberg, including showroom buildout
• Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including workstation preparation and hardware setup
• Manage day-to-day office operations: mail handling, vendor coordination, and administrative support for the People Operations team
• Organize regular team events and activities
• Help create and maintain a positive, welcoming workplace atmosphere for the entire on-site team

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled at a German university with at least two semesters remaining
• Available 15–20 hours per week during term (up to 40 hours during semester breaks)
• Previous practical experience from internships, working student positions, or part-time work in office, event, HR, or service environments is a plus
• Reliable, well-structured work approach with a hands-on mentality
• Strong communication skills and ability to stay organized when managing multiple tasks
• High motivation for regular on-site presence
• Excellent German language skills required; English proficiency is advantageous
