Recruitment Sourcer

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential mobile gaming studio that maintains exceptionally high hiring standards. To strengthen their European talent acquisition capabilities, our client is adding a contract recruitment sourcer to partner with their internal recruiting team on gaming and technical positions across European and CIS markets.

This is a remote contract role focused exclusively on research and candidate identification. You'll use LinkedIn Recruiter, online databases, and sourcing automation platforms to build qualified candidate pipelines that you'll deliver directly to the recruitment team.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research candidates across Europe and CIS regions for gaming and technical roles
• Develop and maintain detailed sourcing plans and progress reports for each assigned position
• Create high-quality candidate profile lists using advanced search techniques and sourcing tools
• Maintain and update candidate pipelines based on recruiter assignments
• Monitor market availability and talent concentration for relevant positions
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to refine search criteria and understand evolving role requirements
• Provide regular updates on pipeline status, sourcing challenges, and market intelligence

What We're Looking For

• One or more years of experience as a recruitment sourcer in European and/or CIS markets, ideally focused on technical or gaming roles
• Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter including projects, filters, and advanced search functionality
• Proven ability to produce high-volume, high-quality sourcing output consistently
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher for effective internal communication with recruiters
• Active and effective communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas and progress clearly
• Solid knowledge of contemporary sourcing techniques and research tools
• Knowledge of additional CIS languages is a strong advantage

Contract Details: This is a 6-month contract with potential for extension. The role is fully remote with flexible working hours, though you'll need to attend pre-agreed meetings. Performance will be measured through output-based KPIs depending on role complexity and volume. Software will be provided, but you'll need your own computer.

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: €2,000 – €2,400 per month gross.
