Pre-Sales Solution Architect – AI Infrastructure (remote in the EU)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential cloud-native infrastructure organization seeking a Pre-Sales Solution Architect – AI Infrastructure to support enterprise customers across Europe, with a focus on French-speaking markets. This remote role involves designing and architecting next-generation AI infrastructure solutions using Kubernetes-based platforms.

As a trusted technical advisor, you will partner with platform engineering teams and AI practitioners to architect scalable solutions for AI workloads, modern developer platforms, and hybrid cloud environments. You'll bridge customer requirements with cutting-edge cloud-native technology.

Responsibilities

• Partner with account teams to support strategic enterprise sales opportunities across European markets
• Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer infrastructure, AI, and platform engineering requirements
• Design AI infrastructure architectures using Kubernetes and open-source ecosystem technologies
• Translate customer requirements into scalable, production-ready platform solutions
• Deliver technical presentations, demos, and workshops to enterprise audiences
• Lead proof-of-concept engagements to validate solution fit and demonstrate value
• Prototype deployments of AI workloads and developer platforms
• Represent the organization at conferences, technical events, and industry communities
• Create technical content, reference architectures, and solution patterns
• Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to influence roadmap based on field insights

What We're Looking For

Required Experience:

• 5+ years in Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Consulting
• Experience supporting enterprise sales for cloud-native or infrastructure platforms in France or other French-speaking European countries
• Hands-on experience designing or operating Kubernetes-based systems

Technical Skills (strong expertise in several areas):

• Cloud Native Infrastructure: Kubernetes, container orchestration, multi-cluster management, Helm, Operators, CRDs
• AI Infrastructure & MLOps: AI/ML deployment pipelines, model serving and inference platforms, GPU-accelerated workloads, experience with frameworks like Kubeflow, MLflow, or Ray
• Platform Engineering: GitOps workflows, infrastructure automation
• Cloud & Hybrid Infrastructure: AWS, Azure, GCP, hybrid cloud, on-premises infrastructure
• DevOps & Observability: CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, monitoring and observability platforms
