Physician Assistant (Bilingual – Spanish) – Virtual Urgent Care

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential healthcare technology organization in their search for a Bilingual Physician Assistant (Spanish) to deliver virtual urgent care services. This is a full-time employed position working remotely across multiple U.S. states.

You'll provide telemedicine services through secure messaging and phone consultations, reimagining how patients receive diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care in a virtual environment. This role offers the opportunity to work with an innovative care delivery model while maintaining the flexibility of remote work.

The schedule is four 10-hour shifts (7am-5pm EST) plus one weekend per month. You must reside in one of these states: Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, or Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Deliver medical care virtually through phone and secure messaging platforms
• Provide patient care aligned with clinical guidelines, best practices, and organizational policies
• Maintain focus on both efficiency and quality of care delivery
• Ensure patient access to virtual urgent care services during scheduled shifts
• Collaborate with medical assistants, registered nurses, and providers across other service lines including primary care and health assessments

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Physician Assistant degree from an accredited program
• Current Board Certification (NCCPA)
• Fluency in Spanish (read, write, and speak)
• Licensed to practice as a PA in at least 3 of these 5 states: FL, TX, OH, NJ, GA
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses with employer assistance through their licensing vendor
• 3+ years of experience in urgent care, emergency room, or outpatient family medicine
• 2+ years of telehealth/telemedicine experience

Preferred:

• Active licenses in additional states such as AZ, CO, CT, IA, IL, KS, MI, NC, NY, OK, PA, or VA

Pay

Our client offers a base salary range of $116,400 - $152,775 per year, plus employee benefits, up to 18 days of vacation annually, and performance bonuses. Occasional travel may be required for team meetings.
