Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential health technology organization seeking an Associate Director, Insurance Product Innovation & Emerging Solutions. This is a strategic leadership role focused on developing and scaling innovative health solutions across individual market portfolios.

This position leads the end-to-end product lifecycle—from concept through launch, optimization, and growth—translating enterprise strategies into scalable, compliant product offerings that improve member experience, retention, and affordability.

This is a remote role available to candidates residing in multiple countries including the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, and India.

Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Innovation

• Lead development of product and innovation strategies across individual market and new solution spaces
• Translate enterprise and market priorities into relevant product strategies, value propositions, and expansion roadmaps
• Identify and scale new growth opportunities, including lifestyle-oriented products and population-specific solutions
• Define market-specific competitive positioning and investment priorities
• Lead development of business cases, including ROI, growth, and margin impact in partnership with actuarial and finance teams
• Drive optimization of product performance using member insights, behavioral data, and market intelligence

Portfolio Design & Lifecycle Ownership

• Ensure new solutions integrate with existing product portfolio and benefit design standards
• Advance modular product design to improve scalability, consistency, and speed to market
• Manage product lifecycle performance, including launch readiness, post-launch optimization, and long-term sustainability
• Partner with execution, compliance, and regulatory teams to ensure adherence to all requirements

Incentive Platform & Product Partnerships

• Design and execute member incentives platform, including rewards, engagement programs, and vendor partnerships
• Define program structure, eligibility, and value proposition aligned with engagement and retention goals
• Partner with internal teams and external vendors to deliver scalable, compliant incentive solutions
• Refine incentive platform and partnership models post-launch based on data-driven insights

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Serve as senior connector across actuarial, network, market leadership, compliance, regulatory, finance, and growth teams
• Drive alignment and decision-making across complex, matrixed organizations
• Manage dependencies, timelines, and trade-offs to ensure execution and delivery of results
• Influence strategic decisions without direct authority
• Provide leadership oversight for direct reports, including coaching and development

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 8+ years of experience in health insurance, product strategy, ACA marketplace, or small group product fields
• Proven experience leading teams without direct authority and building processes that improve speed to market
• Track record supporting or managing product lifecycle execution, including design and launch
• Experience working in matrixed environments
• Experience managing complex programs with multiple matrixed partners
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA, MHA, or other advanced degree
• Experience with ACA marketplace and Small Group products, EHB requirements, and state/federal regulatory guidance
• Background with incentives, rewards, or member engagement platforms
• Exposure to qualified health plan product filing efforts
• Experience working with external vendors and cross-collaborative hybrid partners
• Familiarity with product innovation, pilot programs, or new product development
