We are representing a confidential technology consulting organization seeking a Data Analyst/PowerBI Engineer to join their team in India. Our client transforms complex business data into actionable insights for their customers across multiple industries. We're looking for a talented professional who can bridge the gap between raw data and strategic decision-making through compelling visualizations and analysis.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Fabric workspaces
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing quality control processes
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders through effective data storytelling
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and Power BI
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
- Proven experience in data analysis and visualization, with a strong focus on Power BI
- Strong knowledge of SQL for data querying and manipulation
- Experience with data modeling and ETL processes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
- A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and learning
