About the Role
This On-Demand position with Target lets you shape your own schedule, picking up shifts as often or as rarely as suits your life. As a Guest Advocate in Arkansas County, you'll move across departments — from the checkout lanes and sales floor to fulfillment, the food and beverage area, and our style sections — keeping the One Horse Store running smoothly. The starting pay is $15.50 USD per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests at the register, processing transactions quickly and accurately as a Cashier.
- Stock, organize, and maintain General Merchandise so products are easy to find and shelves stay full.
- Support Fulfillment by preparing and packing orders for pickup and delivery.
- Handle Food and Beverage areas with attention to freshness, presentation, and cleanliness.
- Keep Style departments tidy, well-merchandised, and inviting for shoppers.
- Deliver friendly, helpful service that reflects Target's culture and values.
Qualifications
- A warm, guest-first attitude and genuine enthusiasm for helping people.
- Willingness to work flexibly across multiple departments as needs shift.
- Ability to stay organized and dependable while managing your own on-demand schedule.
- Comfort working on your feet, lifting and moving merchandise, and adapting to a fast-paced store.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
