Guest Advocate (Cashier or Front of Store Attendant/Cart Attendant)

In this role, you'll work the front end as a Cashier, Front of Store Attendant, or Cart Attendant, starting at $16.00 per hour, helping guests feel welcomed from the moment they walk through our doors.

As a Guest Advocate at Target, you're the heart of the guest experience. Whether you're at the register, greeting customers, or managing our carts and store entrance, your role is essential to creating a welcoming environment where every family can discover the joy of everyday shopping. You'll work a flexible schedule supporting our Stevens Point store's daily operations.

What You'll Do

• Provide friendly, efficient checkout service and handle guest transactions with accuracy and care
• Greet guests warmly as they enter and exit the store, creating a positive first impression
• Collect and maintain shopping carts, ensuring a clean and safe store entrance and parking area
• Answer guest questions about products, pricing, and store services
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization at the front end throughout your shift
• Work collaboratively with team members to support store goals and guest satisfaction
• Support other front-end duties as needed to keep operations running smoothly
