Target is hiring a full-time Specialty Sales associate in Menomonee Falls, Waukesha County to deliver expert guidance across Style, Tech, and Beauty merchandise, including our Ulta Beauty shops in-store. Starting hourly rate: $15.50 USD per hour.

Position Summary

As a Specialty Sales associate at Target in Menomonee Falls, you'll be the expert resource customers trust when shopping for style, technology, and beauty products. Your role connects guests with exactly what they need, whether they're refreshing their wardrobe, upgrading their tech, or exploring beauty and personal care. You'll bring product knowledge, personalized attention, and genuine enthusiasm to every interaction, helping families and individuals find joy in their everyday purchases.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Engage guests with product expertise in style, technology, and beauty categories, including Ulta Beauty selections
• Provide personalized recommendations based on customer needs, preferences, and budget
• Maintain product knowledge across assigned departments and stay current with new arrivals
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently at checkout
• Keep displays organized, well-stocked, and visually appealing
• Answer questions and resolve concerns to ensure a positive shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service to every guest
