Manager, Key Account Management

Delivery Hero is hiring a Manager, Key Account Management in Hong Kong, HK. This full-time position focuses on driving revenue growth and deepening relationships with our most strategic clients across the region.

What This Role Involves

As Manager of Key Account Management, you'll own the relationship strategy and commercial outcomes for Delivery Hero's highest-value customer partnerships. You'll combine account leadership, business development expertise, and cross-functional coordination to expand existing accounts, identify new revenue streams, and secure long-term partnership growth across Hong Kong and your assigned territories.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies for key clients, identifying growth opportunities and expansion potential
• Lead quarterly and regular business reviews with senior stakeholders, presenting performance data and future roadmaps
• Coordinate with internal teams—product, operations, marketing, finance—to design and deliver tailored solutions that align with client objectives
• Manage contract negotiations, renewals, and SLA reviews to ensure mutual value creation and retention
• Build a pipeline of prospective key accounts whilst deepening engagement within your existing portfolio
• Monitor account health metrics, revenue forecasts, and KPIs; report progress to sales leadership

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales, key account management, or strategic client partnership experience
• Demonstrated success managing large accounts or major client relationships from strategy through execution
• Strong commercial instinct with proven ability to identify and realise revenue opportunities
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese, or other regional languages is advantageous
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, multicultural, and matrixed environments
• Located in Hong Kong or willing to relocate to the city
