What You'll Do

• Greet customers warmly and assess their needs to guide them toward products that fit their style and lifestyle
• Share your knowledge of Aerie products, quality, and brand story to build trust and customer loyalty
• Maintain a welcoming, organized store environment that reflects Aerie's aesthetic and values
• Provide personalized styling advice and recommendations based on customer preferences
• Process transactions accurately and professionally at point of sale
• Represent the Aerie brand with pride through your appearance, attitude, and work ethic
