About the Role
As a Retail Sales Associate specializing in Women's Shoes, you'll be the trusted guide helping customers find the perfect fit and style. You'll combine product expertise with genuine customer service to drive sales and build lasting relationships with shoppers visiting our West Dade Miami location.
What You'll Do
- Greet customers warmly and assess their needs to recommend appropriate footwear styles and sizes
- Demonstrate shoe features, fit, comfort, and care to help customers make confident purchases
- Process transactions efficiently at the point of sale and handle payment methods with accuracy
- Maintain organized, visually appealing product displays and keep the Women's Shoes section clean and well-stocked
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management and receiving
- Answer customer questions about shoe brands, materials, sizing, and current promotions
- Collaborate with teammates to meet sales goals and provide seamless service during busy periods
- Support store operations and contribute to a positive shopping experience for all customers
