• Provide personalized fragrance consultations and recommendations based on customer preferences and needs

• Build and maintain relationships with regular customers to encourage loyalty and repeat visits
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems
• Maintain an organized, visually appealing fragrance section and ensure proper inventory management
• Keep display areas clean, stocked, and aligned with Macy's merchandising standards
