In this full-time capacity based in Remote you will deepen expertise while contributing daily to organizational momentum and long-range planning for the GTM Growth Lead function.

Your Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end go-to-market frameworks that prioritize high-value segments and scalable channels
• Launch and manage multi-touch growth programs while tracking real-time performance signals
• Coordinate tightly with marketing, product, and commercial teams to keep messaging and releases synchronized
• Interpret quantitative and qualitative data to surface actionable insights that refine ongoing efforts
• Create and oversee a continuous pipeline of experiments aimed at improving conversion and efficiency metrics
• Prepare concise briefings and recommendations that equip decision-makers with clear next steps
• Coach colleagues on proven growth techniques and help raise overall team capability
• Track external trends and competitive moves so that strategies remain differentiated and current

Requirements

• Several years of progressive experience leading growth or go-to-market programs with measurable outcomes
• Strong command of analytics, funnel diagnostics, experimentation frameworks, and performance reporting
• Clear communication style that builds alignment among cross-functional partners and senior stakeholders
• Hands-on familiarity with modern analytics, CRM, and automation platforms commonly used in growth work
• Demonstrated ability to take concepts from ideation through execution, measurement, and iteration
• Self-directed work habits paired with openness to constructive input and rapid course correction
• A results-focused approach that consistently turns ambitious targets into tangible progress
