Position Summary

Your Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end go-to-market frameworks that prioritize high-value segments and scalable channels
- Launch and manage multi-touch growth programs while tracking real-time performance signals
- Coordinate tightly with marketing, product, and commercial teams to keep messaging and releases synchronized
- Interpret quantitative and qualitative data to surface actionable insights that refine ongoing efforts
- Create and oversee a continuous pipeline of experiments aimed at improving conversion and efficiency metrics
- Prepare concise briefings and recommendations that equip decision-makers with clear next steps
- Coach colleagues on proven growth techniques and help raise overall team capability
- Track external trends and competitive moves so that strategies remain differentiated and current
Requirements
- Several years of progressive experience leading growth or go-to-market programs with measurable outcomes
- Strong command of analytics, funnel diagnostics, experimentation frameworks, and performance reporting
- Clear communication style that builds alignment among cross-functional partners and senior stakeholders
- Hands-on familiarity with modern analytics, CRM, and automation platforms commonly used in growth work
- Demonstrated ability to take concepts from ideation through execution, measurement, and iteration
- Self-directed work habits paired with openness to constructive input and rapid course correction
- A results-focused approach that consistently turns ambitious targets into tangible progress
