Your Responsibilities

• Map, recruit, and cultivate high-value partners throughout the Northeast and Midwest that match Knack-defined market priorities
• Craft and execute joint business plans that open new customer routes and reinforce existing partner volume
• Coordinate go-to-market campaigns, enablement sessions, and co-branded activities with appointed regional partners
• Track partner performance metrics, forecast contribution, and course-correct programs to hit revenue targets
• Serve as the primary liaison between partners and internal sales, marketing, and solutions groups to resolve barriers and accelerate deals
• Negotiate partnership frameworks and keep agreements current with evolving regional objectives

• Demonstrated background as a Senior Partner Executive or comparable channel leadership role with coverage of Northeast and Midwest markets
