Licensed Sales Professional (LSP) – Remote – VA

Responsibilities

• Generate new business and achieve sales targets through proactive outreach and relationship building
• Cross-sell products and services to existing customers by identifying their evolving needs
• Identify and qualify leads from multiple sources including referrals, marketing campaigns, and community engagement
• Educate customers on insurance products and coverage options that align with their protection needs
• Serve clients by helping them prepare for and protect against life's uncertainties
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through professional, consultative interactions
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with industry standards

What We're Looking For

• Strong interest in pursuing a sales career in the insurance industry
• Self-motivated and confident working independently in a remote environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated follow-through and commitment to achieving goals
• Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health insurance licenses
• Previous sales experience is beneficial but not required
• Must be located in Virginia and authorized to work in the United States
• Active insurance licensing required for remote work; unlicensed candidates may be considered for in-office training positions

Compensation

This position offers a combination of hourly base pay plus uncapped commission structure with bonus opportunities. Our client estimates total annual compensation between $36,000 and $100,000 depending on performance. Comprehensive training is provided through the employer's learning platform, and no prior insurance experience is required to start.
